Liver Pain and Causes
I am curious to know if anyone does any liver detox. I have read that castor oil can help reduce liver inflammation. I am willing to have my mother try this to help with her liver pain .

Essential oils
I read some science papers online that showed essential oils killing dust mites. The most effective was clove oil so I made a clove oil spray, just oil and water shaken up in a spray bottle and sprayed my mattress. Anyone try this ?

Cramp and hard muscles
This is driving me nuts! I've got constant tight hard calf muscles. Any time I go for a walk they pull. And cramp in my hands and feet. I'm certain this is either me reacting to WP Thyroid (been on it for three weeks and had cramping and numbness/prickliness in hands and feet ever since - though feel

Does low fat equal weight loss?
I'm 25 now and for the past ten years of my life I've had issues with weight. I've been up and down in terms of weight, but mostly up. I've tried various different 'healthy eating' plans over the 10 years which have all helped to a very small extent. I don't think I'm alone in this, I start a new 'diet

Vitamin D3 - higher doses
Really interesting video on vitamin D3. Apparently, most of us are now deficient and we are not taking enough. Gives advice on safe higher doses. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH1rB-Ya2UQ I'd also recommend the book, "The Miraculous Effects of High Doses of Vit D3 and K2..." By Jeff Bowles.
