There is more information on sleep but about a third of the way in a good discussion about CBD. It turns out to be a master regulator and can modify many ailments. There are receptors in the gut and brain and via the vagus nerve can affect pain and anxiety. It's safer than opiates and as effective if used with diet and lifestyle changes.

I've been waiting for more information regarding fascia which covers from the bottom of your feet to your brain. Bad posture will will decrease blood flow and tight fascia is very restrictive. It's good to stretch and pull fascia so yoga and pilates are excellent. We want to keep our flexibility.

I think this series has been very motivating and encouraging.

Another fascinating portion was about the eye. There are certain parts of the brain being used depending on how you are using your vision. Some times it is the brain stem or other times it's the frontal lobe. You often don't realize how the coordination between the brain and body is so intricate in every detail. We really should desire to keep it as healthy as possible.
