I am very disappointed
I was hoping to find something about the muscles rebuilding themselves with increased bloodflow during deep sleep, since i have been exercising recently. I only experience it if i am woken up by someone during very deep sleep and it has a sort of good massage feeling.
I propose the idea that different posters are posting different experiences that are un related.
I also experience heavy heart beating while gasping for breath... but only after excercising for 15 minutes or trying to cary something heavy. I experience major sweating at night while i am asleep, but only when the air conditioner is broken or the fan is turned off during humid summer days.
I feel tingling on my skin when someone massages the hair on the back of my neck, but also after taking a shower with a good tea tree oil soap.
I suggest the shaking is NOT a problem, but the body's RESPONSE to something. If i step on a Lego at night and scream and the scream wakes everyone up inconveniently i don't need to get medical treatments to make my screams quieter... I need to either get treatment for my kids to stop leaving their toys all over the floor, or i need to wear slippers rather than go barefoot.
I suggest the vibrating is a sign that your body is healing itself while vibrating. Whether fatigue, nerve problems, anxiety, earth shift changes or Parkinson's disease... Don't treat the symptom but find and treat the problem. Don't fear the shaking to the point of being unable to sleep, but take sleeping pills or something to help your body sleep a full 8 hours.
