HRT and Pudendal Nueralgia???
Hi Has anyone out there with Pudendal Nueralgia tried HRT? I have only just started investigating this as an option (I am 47 and pre menopausal) but it seems that upping certain hormones can help nerve aid muscle repair ...any thoughts Thanks in advance Jodie

Arguing with Insurance!
Just ended my 2 years on ADT in late May 2024. My PSA has remained undetectable and just had a blood test (Sept 5) showing all but a couple of blood levels back to normal. Those levels are just off the mark. My doctors have been trying to get approval for a new PSMA scan and of course there is always

Hello Everyone, I haven't been here for a while, I thought I'd add a bit more info about my rls journey. I'm 51 now & have had rls since I was a child. After slowly coming off years of using the awful dopamine agonists, (pramipexole/ropinerole), thanks to the fantastic advice here, I'm now getting up

ADT and Fractures?
I saw some data today that after six months of ADT, the risk of hip fracture increases by 50%. This sounds alarming to me, but I can't find any data on how many men, out of 100, actually break their hip in their lifetime. If it's 2 out of 100 and ADT increases the risk to 3 it's very different (and

Study Solves Testosterone’s Paradoxical Effects in Prostate Cancer, Duke Health, Published September 04, 2024
This research appears to be a major breakthrough in our understanding of PCa's development and progression. It is also new evidence that further validates Dr. Abraham Morgantaler's testosterone "Saturation Model" and the underlying principles that make BAT effective. There is much in the Nature Communications

BAT Question
I just read something on the internet that a new study shows that after ADT stops working injecting high levels of testosterone seems to hold progression back for a period of time. Does this sound true or a bunch of internet hocus pocus? It goes against most everything that my Oncologist has told me

Does anyone know...
So, for about two weeks I've had a symptom that could fit with multiple explanations. Hot flashes. My first guess would be my hrt needs changing... But I ALWAYS get stiff joints before hot flashes start and my joints are normal. Maybe a hypo thing. Maybe related to my post viral dysregulation of

Anyone treated RLS with progesterone?
Hi, I wondered if anyone had had any success with treating RLS with hormones? My RLS got MUCH worse when I took HRT and I also had bad RLS during pregnancy so I'm wondering if it's my hormones? Has anyone been able to get a hormone test then improve symptoms with progesterone? I think my RLS gets worse

I’ve had hypothyroidism for over 10 years and first few years struggled to get my meds correct in terms of ‘ how I feel’ (unbelievably sluggish and tired) which has meant fighting my Gp to allow TSH to be on low side (0.03). As I’m in UK they won’t test T3 levels only TSH and sometimes T4 (which last

Medicated or modified natural FET
Hi, I’m struggling to decide what type of transfer would be best for me. I ovulate and have a regular cycle but my consultant discussed extra progesterone because I bled before test day. I am showing signs of adenomyosis and I have 2 auto immune conditions so I want to discuss an auto immune protocol

Progesterone in FET cycles IVF
Hello everyone, Just wanted to know from those of you doing IVF : For any of you who have done an FET completely on HRT and not an NC-FET or a NC medicated FET, what was your progesterone dose( PIO and Vaginal capsules) and for how many weeks into the pregnancy did you keep taking it?

Regular but lighter and lighter periods - perimenopause? What to do?
Hello! I am 40 and a few months and have a 3 year old, and thinking of having a second child, but not ready just now, so we were thinking starting next year, which I realize is late and not ideal but that feels like the best for us. With our child I got pregnant at the first try, I had just turned
