Effexor, oxybutynin, estrogen patches, and Megace all have proven benefit.

Unfortunately because I have a deformity of right leg longer it’s left me with a pelvic tilt which restricts me from gym activities so limited to walking which I do with protective strap round my lower back but thanx for your thought

I’m new to all this gym stuff, but there’s lots you can do with your arms on resistance machines. I think any exercise helps. I work on my arms because doublet therapy has melted off what little muscle tone I had.

Hi Chris, take a look at Black Cohosh, its a natural remedy. My wife had it during the menopause and it did the trick. All the best.

there is a new med approved for hot flashes in women but i take it and it’s great. Veozah. It’s a non hormonal med with few side effects. It’s pricey but i just asked my wife’s Obgyn to prescribe it for her and i take it. It’s changed my life

Husband started the low dose (.1mg) estrogen patches. Changes twice per week. Said it has noticeably decreased frequency and intensity of hot flashes. Should also have some benefits to bone loss. He checks estradiol levels monthly.
