Stopping Injections After 3 Loading Doses
Hi! I’m new here and learning so much from reading all of the posts here. I was diagnosed with low B12 levels earlier on this year, although my PA antibodies came back negative. I was put on injections, and was meant to have 6 over 2 weeks followed by 1 every 3 months, however my GP had to stop them

PSMA PET SCAN AND PSA
I had a disagreement with my RO today and wonder if he is right. My last PSMA PET Scan in Dec 2023 showed no progression. End January onwards I have an on off pain in the left ribcage area with an increasing frequency. To recap....PT3bN1Mx, RP in 2019, IMRT 2020 and on ADT for 30 months, currently completed

Sealed Lubion vials
Hi, I have just finished a successful cycle of IVF and I have 8 boxes of Lubion, so 56 Lubion in total left over. They expire in January 2025 so if anyone needs them now please private message me so we can arrange something. Sarah

I recently found out my 4th transfer failed and I got 2 more frozen embryos. 😞 These transfers have been from 2 rounds and everything has looked great at every stage so the clinic can't explain why they haven't worked. I've tried both fresh and frozen transfers and both natural and medicated FET.

What changes did you make between Cycle 1 and 2?
BFN today following our one and only embryo transfer from Cycle 1, so beginning to think about our next (and last) cycle. It all started off quite well, 18 eggs collected but unfortunately only two fertilised via ICSI. I'm 39. But do have a 6 year old daughter from a previous relationship. We are having

Absolutely heartbroken 💔
Hi ladies, as the post says really my heart is shattered! A little bit more about my story, we had our first ever round of icsi and managed to get 2 good quality eggs which were then frozen, fast forward to 1 month later I had my egg transfer on the 20th of March and got told to take a test on the 2nd

Job Hunting Whilst Pregnant
My employer told me they planned to make me redundant 48hrs after I found out I was pregnant. I suspect it was because they knew I was about to go through my first round of IVF (I conceived unassisted the week before I was due to start my first round). I managed to drag the process out for a few weeks

Embryos that only have 1 pronuclei
Hi my fellow ivf warriors, Just had my egg collection yesterday and managed to get 3 eggs. Just had the call with the embryologist and all 3 fertilised BUT 2 only have 1 pronuclei. Only one fertilised as "normal" with 2 pronuclei. My clinic is willing to grow them to day 5 to see if this develops

After the ivf journey of disappointment it’s almost like you expect the worst . So today at 13dp5dt - yes my clinic makes you wait that long 😂 I have my official bfp and I had

Addissons disease
Good afternoon. I was diagnosed with Adison's disease in 2022. Prescribed Prednisolone 5 mg. Now I take hydrocortisone tablets 20 mg per day. Fludrocortisone 0.1 mg. Once a year there is an Adrinal crisis, I end up in intensive care... Constant weakness, no vitality, I sleep a lot... I am only 43

Final Pluvicto shot and things OK
I just had my 6th, and final, injection. Feeling well but everyone concerned with kidney function dropping -- hopefully transient and not an on-going trend, on the plus side this is the last time it has to deal with all that radioactive liquid. Chugging water and peeing like a champ! To review:

When to consider embryo testing?
Myself and DH have been trying to conceive for over 4 years now (I'm 34) and went down the IVF route last year following my endometriosis diagnosis (kissing ovaries, endometrioma etc.). We've had a BFN, missed miscarriage (anembryonic) and a few weeks ago another BFN. After chatting to our consultant

road to diagnosis
Hi everyone, I don’t know where to start… it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster so far. It all started when I started getting redness and discolouration in both feet. My GP did a blood test and referred me to my rheumatologist for further assessment. My rheumatologist felt that my feet getting red was
