I just had my 6th, and final, injection. Feeling well but everyone concerned with kidney function dropping -- hopefully transient and not an on-going trend, on the plus side this is the last time it has to deal with all that radioactive liquid. Chugging water and peeing like a champ!

looks good, serious downward trend. hope it continues. after three pluvicto oncologist decided to switch me to targeted radiation. PSA did not drop as consistently as yours and they still called it "effective" so yours must be even more so. congrats ! good luck with the kidneys great that you drank all that water to get the stuff out of your kidneys. you did a great job. my guess is that the kidneys will be OK 6 doses is sure to have some temporary effect.
sorry Pluvicto didn’t work well @spencoid2. hopefully, the targeted radiation proves more effective. was the decision primarily influenced by the lack of PSA drop? How did your CT scans reflect disease progression?
Good response-DH’s PSA continued to drop for four months after Pluvicto. He was still getting 3 month Lupron shots, but no other treatment as dr. wanted to give his body recovery time. Best of wishes to you.
