Please help, worried about all sorts, 15 years old
Hi everyone, Recently I’ve been extremely worried about the symptoms I’ve been having and I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light onto it. I'm a 15 year old female with no health problems, relatively healthy eating and exercise usually, don't smoke or drink. So a couple of months ago, I

Amazing results
Ok, so I don’t post much. Had a lot of pain with fibromyalgia and also have B12 deficiency and recently diagnosed with gastritis. For the gastritis, I was given omeprazole which I didn’t take as a genes test revealed I can’t digest them as well as others and taking them could result in a cardiac event

ACV VS LEMON JUICE
I am currently taking 40mg of omeprazole daily. I have been drinking water with lemon juice for several yrs now as well. What I would like to know is !) If I add ACV to my diet, how much and how often to drink 2) Should I stop the omeprazole immediately 3) Should I do lemon juice with the ACV.

I need a rant but also any help you can give.
What I believe to be thyroid issues go untreated yet again - the blood tests 'prove' I don't have a problem with my thyroid (thanks GP). I'm beginning to feel like a hypochondriac but thankfully I'm not being treated like one (yet). I'm pretty sure that's because I've had cancer twice so they don't want

Is anyone else taking Vit. B Complex to help combat the effects of taking Omeprazole. I have just read an article that suggested taking it when you are taking PPI's especially if you are over 50. Marci

Update on Chest Pain

Neck pain and endo
Over the last year I have been experiencing pain in my lower neck area, just above the collar bone on the left hand side now but it has been bilateral. My GP suggested that it is heartburn and still I have the pain in fact it is getting worse after a year of omeprazole and gaviscon. I’ve been convinced

Been suffering with indigestion type pain and heartburn on and off for last month, have been taking omeprazole for years for acid reflux. Dyspnea /apnoea and reflux
Hi guys, recently told I have reflux and started esomeprazole last week. The biggest and most unpleasant symptom for me has been having difficulty breathing a lot of the time. The drug actually helped this a lot for a few days before I stupidly went a little bit overboard with beer on Sunday evening,

Hydroxychloroquine and stomach issues
Has anyone stopped taking hydroxy because of stomach trouble? If so did it help? I'm thinking about stopping it as my acid reflux has been pretty bad this past couple of weeks despite taking omeprazole.

Concerned about Chest pain
Hi all, I’m new here, so please go easy on me! So for about a month and a half, I’ve been suffering with chest pain which also radiates down one or more of my arms. The pain has often started mid-afternoon and continued throughout the evening. After growing concerned, I booked an emergency GP appointment

Diet for acid reflux
Hi all, I posted here a while ago about getting off Omeprazole. Around the same time, when I was searching through posts for tips and advice, I found that someone had posted an example of a diet they had been given by a Consultant (I think) to help reduce acid reflux. Have been searching again for

Hyperthroidism Symptoms and how long does it take to go away?
I am 25 years. It has been 6 weeks, (June 21st 2018) on a Thursday night, I was laying in bed and I suddenly got up with a terrible panic attack due to feeling of suffocation. It took me a few days, thinking and hoping I would feel better. But I never did feel better, so I went to a GP. He told me it
