Feeling lost

Where to begin..I had my last lap last October following a 7 month course of zoladex, I was then discharged so I have been under ‘care’ of go since still get pain although I take the pill back to back I have withdrawal bleeds every 2 month before I have time to have s 7 day break, I get severe diahorrea daily, which I thought was lactose or dairy intolerance ?? But still get symptoms on changing diet, I am just not sure where to go not getting anywhere with gp but getting fed up with it all tbh i was given omeprazole coz new symptoms of acid reflux but I take this as and when I just feel my body is changing and I have no answers why
