Well since I was diagnosed when I was 24 have pcos I was shuved on this pill and that pill.Never had periods with out drugs.

So I got married then we wanted a child.

So my husband can not have children he has xxxy in his jeans means no swimmers.

So I took the bullet aloow am scared of all hospitals and anything to do with them

We had to go through Ivf now cut along story short after 1 go I got alot of eggs 41 and 28 where great so I got pregnant to twins through Ivf sadly lost.

But then we kept going and got one child after my child I began to realised milk was bad for me and dairy but still no period.

So again doctor put me on Al sorts of drugs. Then my friends and family told me something shocking.

Pharmacy drug cause more problems and flu vaccines and all types of doctors drugs make matters worse so I stopped all and also got rid of stress just over a year ago.

Now I have my periods back and feel better.

But can not shake the sugar craving off I do use honey for the craving and hot chocolate too.

I don't eat veg nor fruit.

But I plan to bring back the fruit and eat what veg I like.

I don't know if I will ever conveve again my child asking for a brother or sister.

But am take vitamins d3 and c and cold liver oil and hoping to gain more of my health back allow I am using my friends home remedies recently.

So hope to have alot back and try get this pcos reduced as much as possible.
