miracles can happen!

just wanted to share a good news post to hopefully give some of you hope, I have often turned to this forum for reassurance and hope myself over the past 18 months along my IVF journey.

Having tried naturally for 18 months and then having 3 unsuccessful rounds of IVF/ICSI in which 5 embryos were transferred and all failed, implantation failover, we have just fallen pregnant naturally on a non IVF month.

it feels like a miracle after 3 years of trying and of course we are in very early stages and have a long way to go considering I’m only 5 weeks and I’m 39 next month so high risk age group but the main thing for me is I fell pregnant, my body can accept an embryo.

hope this helps someone today xxx

thank you. I’ve already got Covid literally tested positive 4 days after positive preg test, which is worrying me but midwife said it can’t affect baby so I’m trying to stay relaxed xxx

This happened to me twice was going to go in for fet but fell naturally my boy is now 2. Then was going to go for fet to use our embryos and fell naturally again and now I'm 36 weeks pregnant.I got pregnant naturally with my eldest 8 years ago and couldn't conceive for 6 years! And then my two babies were conceived naturally after a failed transfer and 2 miscarriages.

Yes miracles can happen! Congratulations!

This is fantastic news, congratulations! 🥳 We had similar, a surprise BFP out of nowhere whilst selecting a clinic to go for donor eggs. No trace of a BFP over 4 transfers. 18 weeks now (and still very anxious 😂) and I still can't really believe it. I heard about this happening and knew a couple of people it happened to but never thought we'd have any luck! Hoping all continues to go well for you 🙏 xx
