My husband and I have been TTC for the second baby for 3 years now. We have done 4 rounds of Clomid and went onto 3 rounds of IUI. When doing the IUIs they found I had cysts on both ovaries which are blocking the sperm from meeting my eggs. We decided to move forward with laparoscopy just a few days ago, and when they went in to remove the cysts they were able to see more than just cysts and that my endometriosis was stage 4. Keep in mind, I have had no pain whatsoever which is mind-boggling. Your next step is either IUI or IVF straight away.

I had been struggling with fertility issues for a year, ranging from amenorrhea to just not ovulating every month. I decided to give "get pregnant fertility tea" a try as a last resort since I was tired of trying everything without success, and in last December I was officially declared pregnant!
Hi if you have only had a lap done a few days ago I would say give it a chance to happen naturally. I have stage 4 and when I had it cleared from literally everywhere I was naturally pregnant within 4 months so please give your body a chance to do it naturally. 😊
Hello can I ask more about this please? I had a lap on Thursday and was diagnosed with stage 4, he removed a cyst also during the lap. Do you have any advice now? Thanks in advance
Endometriosis is a beast! I’m sorry you are going through this. I have had laparoscopic surgery for stage 4 with cysts. I then tried to get pregnant naturally for 6 months with no success. We went straight for IVF since I was 34 and got pregnant after my first round. We did it abroad and have no regrets about doing that. It was much cheaper to do IVF in Ukraine, Biotexcom. Good luck!
I have stage 4 bilateral endometrioma (endometriosis on my ovaries). I had zero pain! My cysts were 8cm and 6cm each. Fertility doctor managed to find a window of open ovary to collect eggs from. I have had 2 successful rounds of IVF, and I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with a son. Anything is possible!
