Endometriosis, HRT and Mirena coil.
Hello. After starting HRT about a year ago, I started symptoms of Endometriosis. In November I had a large Endometriosis cyst, ovary and tube removal through laparoscopy. The laparoscopy also discovered further cysts and evidence of Endometriosis apparent which was decided not to be touch whilst having

Septate Uterus experiences
Has anybody on here had a hysteroscopy to sort out a septate uterus? Should be getting mine sorted with the wonderful team at Tommy's in London (they think I have a slight one that could be causing my issues), but she said something about putting coils in to help with the healing process for like 3 months

All the symptoms of OC but nothing seen on pelvic ultrasound or TV ultrasound and CA 125 of 11
Hi girls!! So my story started 4 months ago going to my GP with unusual bleeding, pain during sex, bowel and bladder changes and pelvic pain. Fast forward to now it has been a monumental struggle to get my GPs to do anything but with a lot of pushing I have had a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound done

advice after surgery/ any advice on natural remedies or how to slow the regrowth of endo?
I had my surgery on Wednesday to investigate my bladder pain. Turns out my bladder is clear but I had a chocolate cyst inside my ovary, and my ovary was stuck to my pelvic wall. I had a different surgeon from before, who indicated that my surgery wasn’t performed properly last time. So I am unsure if

Don't want to go back on the pill/more surgeries! Deep infiltrating endo on bowel and uterine polyp removed recently for heavy bleeding.
Hello fellow endo warriors. I have a dilemma. I really don't want to go back on the bcp after being on it for 15 years as it has not been effective for my deep infiltrating endo on my bowel. My ultimate goal is to heal endo at the core using non-hormonal & surgery approach. Not just a bandaid solution

Endometriosis treatment NOT contraceptive pill or coil
I'm waiting to see a gynae. This one took me seriously when I tearfully told her my symptoms. The debilitating pain I endure during ovulation and my period is worse than childbirth (I've had a baby). The bleeding is so severe that I flood a night time pad every half an hour. GPs have always been very

IUD (coil) disturbs during intercourse!
Hello there! I gave birth about 3 months ago. During the c section, doctor fitted an IUD inside my womb. But the problem is the cable! A yarn-like hard cable placed inside the vagina which disturbs me always. Specially during intercourse. My partner feels pain from it. Is there any solutions or suggestions

Surgery advice
Hi, I went to the hospital for my first gynaecology appointment on tuesday where i was told they were certain it’s Endometriosis. As you can imagine it was a mix bag of sadness but relief i didn’t fight with the doctors for the previous year for nothing. They recommended surgery which i’ve agreed

chemical pregnancy?
hi all. I’ve previously had an MMC from a natural pregnancy followed by 2 x failed IUI cycles. I then had my daughter through a 3rd IUI in 2022. Since then I’ve had a natural MC. I’m now under care of a new clinic and agreed to try naturally with progesterone and aspirin support for 2/3 my cycles before

Adenomyosis or Endo back??
Hi everyone, I had a laparoscopy in 2018 and had mild endometriosis tissue removed from my pelvis, and two cysts removed (one being an endometrioma). I have started having pain again the last couple of years and have been back to the doctors a few times as I felt I had an ovarian cyst again. However

Need mental help or support about sharing the ivf procedure with parents and in laws
I'm Indian 36+ ttc since 2016 and moved to UK in 2019. 2 iui + 1ivf icsi FET failure. My parents torture me to the core to share all the details of my process and everytime I tell them they have no rights to ask and I'm not obliged to tell, they start up their drama of being silent. Already my childhood

Genetic testing for female when using donor sperm
I am in the process of ordering donor straws for IUI treatment and finding it really hard to find donors who are CMV negative in the UK and Europe. I have found a few US samples that match what I am after but there is no genetics testing/matching available on the site for buyers outside the US or Canada

In October 2020 I had appendicitis for them it to be discovered I have endometriosis l. I always thought that it was normal to have heavy periods and be in constant pain (which I found out was not the case). PGT-A testing- what if no good embryos?
Hi all, I hope you're all as well as you can be. I had an egg collection last Friday and we will be PGT-A testing any viable embryos on advice of our consultant as we already have had two miscarriages and two failed FET cycles, plus three failed IUI cycles. We'll be getting an update from the embryologist

Just confused
I have spent 8 months or so trying to figure out what on Earth is going on with my periods. I’ve had three scans and a couple of consultations. Friends of mine tell me they just take two paracetamol and sometimes use a hot water bottle and they’re ok. Where I generally can’t walk, take extremely hot

IUD and sex
Just wanted to check so I don't mess this appointment up....I have a copper IUD and have been recently having pain during sex around the area it sits in (ie my cervix) so on Monday I'm going to go and check to see if it's still in place/in the right place. But the weekend is me and my husbands romantic

Liletta coil
Hello, I have just had the coil fitted yesterday as my gp recommended due to irregular heavy painful periods. The procedure was terrible I've never experienced any thing in my life like that. I was advised to check for strings which I did today but I couldn't locate them. Not sure what to look or feel
