Need suggestions on next steps

Basically I started my fertility treatments in 2018 . So far i did multiple IUI and four ivf cycles latest one with pgt. I had 3 miscarriages and one tfmr. Even with euploids I had a miscarriage or implantation failures . I do have 2 euploids left . After every failure I try to looks for reasons though my clinic puts it on luck . I was thinking if there is anything we can do before transferring the 2 euploids giving them best choice . Or not waste any time or money on my embryos ( the whole reason for doing pgt on the last round was to avoid miscarriages and have better chance at success, unfortunately same thing happened with euploids 2 failed implant and one just implanted , after 2 strong heartbeat it stopped ) . My options are

1. Do testing for chronic endomitritis and then transfer one euploid ( I just spoke to my surgeon for hysteroscopy he said waiting times are 1 year or more so he is not taking referrals anymore for hysteroscopy(Canada))

2. Ask for antibiotics for a week cos anyways CE should be fixed with doxycycline usually and then transfer 1

3. Transfer both euploids and And move on to donor abroad

Option 2 sounds best from what you describe. Have you done any NK cells testing and had your thyroid hormones checked? Very best of luck!

I favour option 2 myself , have an appointment on Jan 16 with my fertility doctor , will see if he favours option 2. Thanks for the feedback

Just wanted to to let you know thinking of you and good luck with your treatment once you decide what option is best for you Make sure have people around you for support and hope you have taken advantage of counselling appointment that should be available to you during treatment

I'm sorry for your losses - it's a heartbreaking journey.

I would also recommend having your immune system / NK cells tested. We had success with steroids and intralipids after 5 fails.

My clinic doesn’t believe in testing Nk cells . But they got intealipids one day before transfer thru a naturopathic doctor and got steroids for this transfer still failed . Only thing I did not got was antibiotics
