Animal antibodies reaction: synthetic replacement
Hi folks I've been on a long road & started metavive in January. I got some relief from fatigue & my hair started to stop dropping, but I got a sore, tender thyroid gland. My CRP showed no inflammatory response but the GP refused a scan. The pain reduced when I stopped the metavive, so I started on naturethroid

Hahahaaaa! So, one of my favourite meals from a couple years ago used to be mashed potatoes. I would usually have this with tuna or mackerel. I thought, potatoes are healthy, right? Maybe I should ask my mother to get me some… and she does… and I eat a huge plate of it with tuna every morning. I start

Insulin?
So I finally talked to the doctor about my blood test I had done. It tested a lot of things, mostly hormone levels I believe. But she said everything is normal but my insulin levels are a little elevated and that she was not concerned. That doesn't stop me from being concerned though...

just surmising and having thoughts about hormone blood tests.
It occurred to me the other day that the only people who seem to be happy with the treatment endos provide consistantly are diabetics. I dont think there is a blood test to measure insulin. There are blood tests to measure blood sugar and inmy experiance blood sugar tests are very reliable and an acurate

Am I crazy or do I need closer timed shots?
New here! I'm 36 and was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia 2 years ago. (Thought I had narcolepsy! But asked for a blood test and found out I had almost no B12!) ANYWAY, so every general doctor I've had always says I can only have 1 shot a month, though I would like more. (That first month when I was

Starting NatureThroid...Again; SIDE EFFECTS or something else?
Hi All...so I am now on a waiting list for a doc who supposedly treats hashis/hypothyroid with diligence (trying to think positive, but not holding my breathe though....) However the wait is at least, 6 months...I can't wait that long. I have a refill of the NT that my first private doctor prescribed
