Blood Sugar rises from anxiety
Last eat at 8PM in morning about 10AM blood sugar over 200. Eat nothing until after long acting insulin in AM. Sometimes the insulin works and sometimes no. I am convinced it has to be my body and not what I eat.Walking 2 days a week for about a month. Helps with mood in daytime but not high night

SWITCHING TO INSULIN INJECTION FROM ORAL
As a Type 2, I have been managing my fasting sugar level of around 120 since the late 90s very successfully by following the devices of my USA-qualified Endocrinologist. My regular diet centered around LCHF with Diamicrone 80 twice a day. Covid-19 changed my whole system. After taking the 2nd dose

Prostate Cancer Patients Shouldn't be so Quick to Dismiss Metformin (despite some contrary opinions on Advanced Prostate Cancer forum)
([i]Note this study didn't include patients with prostate cancer. I post it to provide an alternative to postings here that discourage use of Metformin by prostate cancer patients. Metformin strengthens your immune system, reduces inflammation, moderates glucose levels, and provides resistance against

Take saunas and FIGHT your PD!
I'm early PD. And I've been FIGHTING it ... daily... with various therapies. Here's one of the most important: SAUNA I have a home sauna and I'm in it at least 2 -3 times weekly for 90 minutes each session. Here's some valuable research on 'HEAT' and 'AUTOPHAGY' that may very well have BIG benefits

Did anyone have heard about connection between
insulin
resistance
and fibromyalgia? This leads to the next question: did anyone tried a low carbohydrate diet and seen an improvement in their fibro pains? Thanks 😊
