Tattoo
I would really love another tattoo but I'm not sure if it would be safe. Does anybody know if it would be OK? I should add that I have NAFLD as well as insulin dependent diabetes.

The time of day could affect your blood glucose levels. Evening exercise might be best for exercise effects on insulin.
This study showed evening and afternoon were best for lowering blood glucose: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/people-mri-bmi-b2215622.html?amp

I think its an

Recent evidence have shown that obesity,
insulin

, or metabolic disturbances can be associated with changes in the gut microbiome, while animal studies also show that castration is associated with changes in the gut microbiome.

Glucosamine
Only recently have I learned that it *may* cause some
insulin
resistance
and elevated blood sugar. As I have had somewhat elevated blood sugar for a while I'm going to try cutting glucosamine dose in half and see if that makes a difference.
