Vitamin K and D
Hi, I've been supplementing vitamin D for a while (before the pandemic) and have added vitamin K. Because I had a lot of vitamin D tablets to use up, I bought vitamin K separately. I'm not sure however how much is safe or appropriate to take. The ones I have are 100mcg which seems like a lot. I've been

B12 bowels
Does loose bowels occur when you have increased b12 injection I read it’s a side effect and part of the deficiency itself I’m trying to work out which one I’m guessing I increased the b12 do put it diwn to this but prior I’d decreased the b12 and was constipated and food was seen in the stools so I’m

Active b12 vs total b12
I had some vitamins and minerals tested, and my active b12 came back as 46.6 pmol/l with range of 37.5 to 188. I can't find much info on the active b12 test. Or what optimal should be, only the total b12 test. My folate is also low at 7.59 nmol. I've had two years of increasing neurological symptoms,

Hello, I'm new here, I want to ask you if I should stop taking vitamin d3 before the blood test for vitamin d? I have been using for 5 weeks, vitamin d3 ampoule 300,000 IU 1ml. I drank one ampoule per week. the level before using vitamin d3 was 14.5, now after 5 weeks it is 130.

Possible depletion of other forms of vitamin b
I was wondering if anyone has researched any link with depletion of any of the other forms of Vitamin b. For example, b 2? We know we have a vitamin B12 deficiency. Lots on here (myself included) also have low b9 (folate). Given the fact that many of us still feel major fatigue, despite being treated

Feeling lightheaded even with normal B12 levels/injections
I've been treating my B12 deficiency with injections every month since June 2020, and I seem to not go higher than 550 pmol/l in my serum tests (which is "normal" but still kinda low for someone who gets injections, no?). Also, I'm quite lightheaded despite the normal levels... Does anyone else experience

What would be the best way to raise ferritin levels?
Would appreciate some advice on how to safely raise ferritin levels. My GP states that my iron is great, but I’ve been experiencing increased shortness of breath and fatigue which may be linked to an iron deficiency. Here are my numbers: Ferritin 21.2 ng/mL (10-291) Total iron: 116 ug/dL (50-212)
