I’ve been treated for b12 deficiency for the past 12 years and am prone to vitamin D deficiency also. (I have hypothyroidism which often impacts uptake of these vitamins).
I started self injecting vitamin B12 recently, after barely managing with injections every other month from my doctor’s surgery, and found a supplier with help from this forum (thanks!)
I was wondering had anyone had any success in sourcing vitamin D ampules for self injection? (as I find I feel much better after having an injection rather than taking tablets but they’re really expensive to have with a vitamin technician so looking for a more affordable option).
Thanks!

Yes , vitamin D ampoules are obtainable from German online pharmacies . But our usual pharmacies are not supplying U.K. at the moment because of difficulties with Brexit . I did find one pharmacy that would supply UK . — pharma24.de. They have Jenapharm VitaminD ampoules costing €3.31 for 5 and €6. for 10 . But courier charge is €14.90 . No prescription required . Must be a small pharmacy that doesnt do enough business to get a good deal from couriers .I note that the ampoules come without vitamin K , which is recommended to take with D , unless you are taking blood thinners .
Please disregard what I have written above . You can obtain vitamin D 3 ampoules from amazon.de ( German Amazon , you can get it in English ) Search for. “ Taraxan D3 injection”. - cost €16.00 for 10 ampoules and €7.00, postage . Taraxan is made by a reputable German company ( Ive looked them up )
I have since discovered that Taraxan D 3 injection ampoules are NOT a vitamin D injections at all . I found the descriptive leaflet on line .. It does not contain any vitamin D3 .It is a homeopathic remedy of some sort . I was totally mislead by its name Im afraid . Sorry about that . If you want to use Amazon ,de , and already have a U.K. account , you can access Amazon.de .
