Is it iron probs ? Or B12?

Hi, been struggling for a while and looking for other explanations, - just got iron panel results so looking for any clues whether iron is an issue for me. I had helicobacter pylori a few years back and know that can affect gut absorption of so many things. I have many symptoms of both but I always get told iron & b12 look ok and I'm barking up the wrong tree ? Any thoughts appreciated!

I should also say B12 was 789 (211-911)

And D - 69 so seem ok?

Looks unlikely to be B12 - I suspect that is higher than most people who do not supplement B12!

Always a good idea to think about folate alongside B12.

Iron is not a simple issue - not to diagnose, not to treat. Do you have any iron-related test results?
