Recipes from our Group!
A while back, we tried to gather recipes from our MS members and received a few good ones. But only a few. I'm bad, I have recipes, it's just been a tough spring and never got one entered. This will be lengthy, but it's the only way we can publish what we gathered. Please feel free to try them and

Can I increase T3?
Hello, I'd be really grateful if those of you who understand blood results could take a look at my recent results attached and advise if I have any scope for increasing T3. I am on 75mcg Levo and 5mcg Liothyronine per day. I have put on 10lb in weight over the last year, have a lot of aches and pains

Painful cramps & D
We've just been out for tea, I took my usual 2
Imodium
about 2 hours before eating as a precaution. I had a beef Sunday dinner and only ate about half when I started getting hot and stomach cramps. Embarrassingly had to leave early to.go home and had the most horrendous diarrhoea with awful cramps.

Sodium and Potassium management
My father 78, who is diabetic for almost 40 years now, has suddenly developed sodium and potassium issues. He had kidney problems (not under dialyses) and heart issues but BS was stable with insulin. With an infection, almost suddenly toppled him down, now with pulmonary edema, the worst thing is now

I'm on a low sodium diet but I must get protein etc to maintain my weight. I've lost 7 stone over the years. I see there seafood is recommended as a source of protein and as I love shell fish I thought I'd try moules marinere at a local cafe here in Plymouth. Oh boy did I suffer last night, appalling

Ferritin etc results advice please
Since a TIA almost three months ago , I have struggled to feel well . I blamed it on the medication I was given and indeed I believe ( unlike the G.P ) that is the case . After losing more weight since then the doctor ,faced with the " bag of bones " that I am rapidly becoming ordered a raft of more

Salt and morning headaches
I've held off posting about this for a few days, although I've mentioned it where it seems relevant in replies. For a long time I've often woken up with a headache in the morning, which usually goes away after I've been up for a while and had breakfast. I don't know when this first started but it was

Anxiety about going on holiday
I’ve stocked up on
Imodium
and codiene in the hopes of “bunging up” my stomach as much as possible, to prevent the constant need to be near the loo. I’ve heard peppermint tea is good but it doesn’t do much for me personally. Anything that prevents diarrhoea and bungs up will be great.

This was a test done in april this year showing borderline and to retest. Pathology

Help with interpreting various blood results
Hi, I recently had a blood test for various things. (I have Psoriatic Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sjörgren's Syndrome, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and some of the tests are because of the meds I take). I was hoping someone could interpret my results, i.e. if there's anything I should be concerned about. I'm

Where in UK to move to that treatment for RA could still be afforded by NHS
I now have to spend pounds on
Imodium
, which doesn't work. The Celecoxib works about half as well as the Etoricoxib. We tried to complain but they threatened us, meanwhile the Doctors and their employees have ever swankier cars parked outside the useless surgeries and clinics.
