G, A and M checked with M reading low. Can anyone suggest what the thyroid readings may indicate and if the hormones are likely to be affecting my immune system response to various things?

My main concern at the moment is my
immunoglobulin
IGG count is 441. Once this IGG count goes below 400, I need to start a discussion with my oncologist about starting a periodic IGG transfusion program. Have not had any infections, colds, etc.

Dex steriods
My son (2) had a relapse of hos itp and has started nose bleeding. Our choices were IVIG or dex steroids. We went with dex as he has croup. Did it work for anyone and how long were your platelets up for?

Rituximab immunology
Morning all, I am on Rituximab and have been on it since 2009, I usually have infusions every 9 to 12 months. I am currently undergoing tests for another condition and in doing that they have established that my immune system has taken a battering. My IGM is <0.20 and my IGG is 5.79. My rheumatologist

IVIG
I just wanted to mention this for patients who may have GI and/or neurological involvement, that we’ve been doing IVIG and it’s been helping me improve amazingly. I was without for 8 weeks and drastically deteriorated. I’m just curious if anyone else has done this, and/or plasmapheresis. When I started

Does IVIG help fatigue?
For people who’s
immunoglobulin
is low and they suffer from repeated infection, the idea of IVIG is simply to replace antibodies that are lacking and so make the immune system work better. So, of course if you are given IVIg you should get less infections and your body should clear them faster.

Waldenstroms - reduced dosage Ibrutinib
My wife has WM. IGM 2200 - 18 months of Ibrutinib @ 420 per day IGM drops to 145. All ok until Bilirubin abnormal 6 months ago. Changed dosage to 280. Bilirubin now normal. All other blood work normal but IGM started to increase now @250. My question is this. Does this rise in IGM suggest a new normal
