One egg IVF success
I had 5 IUI's with no stimulation drugs, then I switched to IVF, with
ICSI
. I also had low AMH. I was a very poor responder to the IVF drugs, and I had approx 3 follies each side.

Me and my 2 follicles are booked for EC Monday!
No idea how we'll do with my husbands sperm either (we're doing
ICSI
as slightly low morphology, rest of the obvious stuff seems better than average), so we're really just going to have to think as positively as we can :-) xx

Disappointed and wondering why
Well after our second round of
Icsi
with donor eggs I took a final test today which remains a BFN so it’s unfortunately not worked again. Feeling devastated and just need to understand why?!

FET transfer done, now for the TWW
I am 39, my fresh transfer didn’t implant in March but I do have a 5 year old from a previous
ICSI
. I have asked and asked for the last few weeks if they would change their mind and do a double but I kept being told no.

How long before IVF cycle to stop drinking?
I’m hopefully starting round 2 of
ICSI
in the summer and now we’re out of lockdown I have a few celebrations and weddings which I would normally drink at but I’m not sure how soon before my cycle I should stop drinking.

And so it begins…….🍍
This is my very first NHS funded IVF (
ICSI
) cycle. My husband and I have been trying naturally without any success for 4.5yrs now so really excited to be a step further in our journey towards parenthood. 🤞🏼I’d really appreciate any advice that you may have for me.

Rollercoaster donor cycle
Due to this we got an afternoon update and 12 were mature and all had
icsi
performed on them. 9 fertilised and yesterday I had transfer of 2 blastocysts of average quality in the words of the embryologist.

IVF follicles
I’m having first cycle of
ICSI
. I’m on day 10 and had second scan and follicles there are good few follicles mainly 6-7mm and half dozen 11-13mm. Is this good/bad? I originally was supposed to have ec on Tuesday (day 14) but next appointment not until Monday.

Low AMH
I’m considering a second round of
ICSI
to try for a second baby. When I conceived with my first it was on our fourth attempt, a new protocol than previous attempts, AMH was 8 and I was 36 years old. I’m now 38 years only and my AMH has reduced to 4.9.

BMI over 30 & ICSI
I have been through
ICSI
before, when my BMI was just under 30, and it was successful on the 4th attempt. We are now considering trying for a sibling and made an appointment in July last year with our clinic. My AMH has went down more since last time and I’m 38 this time.

Varying symptoms from previous BFP cycle
In 2018 we had a BFP with IVF
ICSI
and my only early symptom was Diarrhea (Gross I know, sorry lol). This time around I am cramping pretty intensely on and off. This makes me nervous since my only positive FET in the past was completely different.

ERA - To test or not?
My primary reason is the cost as I have now done 6 rounds of
icsi
. From the video, they say it is still not something that is 100% and from what I gathered, the tests are not conclusive. So I wanted to know, is it possible to do 1 out of the 3?

Second time lucky 🤞🏻
Well our second
icsi
transfer was made today and am hoping that the fact that it fell on our second wedding anniversary is a good omen. Now for the dreaded 2 week wait ⏰

Egg collection day!
Whilst that’s happening the room phone starts ringing and it’s the embryologist - we need
ICSI
which was unexpected as when we had our initial investigation in Jan other half had “super sperm” Had quite enough for 1 day looking forward to going home now!

Starting Medication on Sunday - Any Tips or Advice?
I've done a lot of my own research about the IVF (with
ICSI
) process so I know what happens, but I feel like they've just posted me a batch of drugs to start taking without any real advice or explanation! I guess I'm just a bit scared about side effects (especially after reading the leaflet!)
