13 eggs - 0 fertilisation with ICSI 😔
Round two…over, just like that. Any similar experiences? What investigations did you do next and how did you turn it around? Clinic will monitor 4 eggs 1 more day incase of miracle, but not looking likely as eggs are ‘grainy’? 😔 I have endometriosis, only 4 eggs of the 13 were mature and husbands sperm

Unable to have a second baby (6 egg collections - no blastocyst)
She was
ICSI
after 3 eggs collections and only one blastocyst make, and that is her. A true miracle. I have just had 6 egg collections, (back to back, no break) and we have not made one blastocyst.

Long protocol side effects
Hi all, about to start on 4th
ICSI
round, new clinic. I did get quite a lot of side effects on short protocol with menopur, manageable but difficult due to underlying health issues and demanding job. I am going to be down regged with buserelin, then stimmed with Meriofert and gonal f.

To continue after round 7?
We have had our 7th and possibly last round of
ICSI
and I wanted to ask for opinions that I have tried everything possible before we consider calling it a day or trying for another round. Our main issue is low sperm motility and morphology for which he have been using clomid in time for cycle 4.

Your experiences at Kings Fertility London
I had an initial assessment at Kings Fertility London they recommended
ICSI
because of male factor infertility. Have decided to go ahead it but not 100% sure I want to do it with Kings. If anyone has used them before, could you send me a PM about your experience?

Some advice please!
My third cycle (
icsi
) has resulted in an amazing 6 embryos being biopsied (will be 2-3 weeks awaiting results) I was so excited to have six for testing after my cancelled cycle. It felt like actually getting to transfer was possible. However...

ICSI 0% Morphology #work
Now on day 5 of Gonal F, day 1 I was wracked with nerves but once the first jab was done I realised the stress around the jabs was nothing and all in my head…. Now however I have my first scan since starting the Gonal F tomorrow at 11:15 😅 and errr the nerves have RETURNED with a vengeance. What ifs

8 donor eggs thawed but not looking hopeful
They went ahead and used
ICSI
to inseminate the eggs but things are not looking good. They said they will call today with an update. I’m in bits as this is our last hope, does anyone have any positive stories that can bring me a glimmer of hope.

Self funding advice
I'm 42 and have had 2 full cycles 1st one didn't do so well with IVF second much better fertilisation rate with
ICSI
. I'm all out of funded cycles due to my age and so I'm looking into self funding. I would like any advice, I want to stay with my current clinic. I'm in Scotland.

Failed First Round ICSI - no blastocysts - NHS wants to put us back on the waiting list. 39years old. Want to try again next month
39, Just had a consultation with Dr after failed first NHS IVF round. No blastocysts. We were contacted out of the blue and our IVF started earlier than we expected (We were given a start of March 2024 as a guide to start) Our appointment was brought forward due to our age and AMH. First appointment

Bleeding in 2WW
We have been going through fertility treatment (
ICSI
) and had our transfer of a 5 day embryo on 17th Jan. On Sunday I started spotting, that continued on Monday and then turned to light bleeding on Tues through to this morning (Thurs). Obviously we assumed the worst.

Can you use IUI for low sperm motility?
Just feeling like even though
icsi
has been used ivf isnt working for me. There's no reason for them not implanting in me that they have found. Perhaps IUI is just not enough for male factor infertility. Any experiences welcome xxx

I think it’s all over 😢
After having a miracle BFP from a natural conception following our first failed round of
ICSI
I think I’m having a miscarriage and feel so heartbroken.
