Varying symptoms from previous BFP cycle

Hi guys! I am 6dp5dt with my one and only embryo. In 2018 we had a BFP with IVF ICSI and my only early symptom was Diarrhea (Gross I know, sorry lol). This time around I am cramping pretty intensely on and off. This makes me nervous since my only positive FET in the past was completely different.

Has anyone else experienced this and still had a BFP with different symptoms than prior pregnancies?

Each pregnancy comes with different symptoms

My previous BFP which ended in MC prior to the 7 week viability scan all I had was intensely sore boobs

This time I had, mild to moderate cramps, headaches, fluttering in my uterus region and sore boobs

I’m now 11 weeks + 7 and all I have is sore/aching boobs

Thanks, certainly a long way to go yet, not out the woods and something we can’t get excited about yet!!

I think the only time we will be okay is if and when it’s here!!
