Prominent pathologist at Johns Hopkins on leave, facing bullying claims, WaPo, by Steve Thompson & Katie Shepherd, 10/22/23
Looks to be another case of professional success breeding professional arrogance and familial preference. Seems to be a lot of that going around these days - in all sectors of society. BTW, as a patient, my fav reader comment to the article is: "tell someone that they make a nice anecdote". * * *

Buprenorphine
Hello, have many UK people found it easy or hard to get Buprenorphine px by GP to control pain from RLS? I have been withdrawing from Pramepexole and using only codeine however it is now not effective in controlling my pain. I have a GP appointment in a few days and was going to ask for Buprenorphine

ANXIETY DISORDER AND PANIC DISORDER
Hello Great people! I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and panic disorder. And it’s affecting my daily functioning and I can’t focus , I’m scared, worrying about unnecessary things. Is it curable? Any help to survive this situation , perhaps things I could do to help me straighten up. Thank

diarrhoea, sickness and stomach pain
This is not something I normally suffer with so wondering if adrenals waking up might cause this? If not then the pate I had on Friday night was the culprit.

Reply to issues with Spleen
Hi, I agree with most of these comments on here that the enlargement of your spleen is an indication perhaps that you are ready for some form of treatment, not removal. I had chemotherapy in 2020 and my spleen was massive. After a treatment cycle of FCR for 6 months and neutropenia sepsis for 10
