Daliresp
Does anyone in this group use Daliresp (or roflumilast)? If so, what side effects have you experienced and do you feel it has helped ward off flare-ups? Just prescribed this and concerned about the long list of side effects, even tho I know that all possibilities, even remote, are listed. Also why

'Huge advance' in fighting world's biggest killer
Is hypocholesterolaemia the goal? Looks like it is (see last sentence of my quoted piece). I wonder what Malcolm Kendrick's view will be? Could it ever be sensible to prescribe any form of cholesterol-lowering agent without first having properly investigated the possibility of a thyroid disorder?

The reason for cholesterol increase in hypothyroidism

Endoscopy AGAIN
So tomorrow I have another endoscopy, this is my 3rd in 8 weeks, I don't think there will be any banding this time, I don't feel like there will be anyway. I do however have 'Portal Gastropathy' this means that I have snake like skin in my stomach. It's a common cause of Cirrhosis of the Liver and Portal

Efficacy of Gluconorm SR500
I want to discuss a case here. Patient (fasting - 145) advised one Gluconorm SR 500 (metformin) at night. After 04 days, his fasting is 158. Is there a problem with the brand; in other words, should he first change the brand? Is there a better brand than this in India? Is there anything like intolerance
