I hav high cholesterol 220. I changed my lifestyle. I cut red meat. I do exercise i eat lot of fruit. The next month I'm going to do another blood test to see if the cholesterol goes down. If same have more ideia what i hav to do about cholesterol let me now. I appreciate.

Yes. Thanks for the answering. The first time i hav cholesterol high. Maybe to much BQ the past sammer. Now im done with BQ. I hav 40 year old. 5.2 139 pounds. I do exercise 3 times a week.
I have recently reduced my very high cholesterol levels ( which I have had for 30 years) by over 50% by the following . I have no idea which of them have done the job
Reduced alcohol , coffee and red meat intake Eliminated any food made with white wheat flour. Eliminated almost all commercially made food items. Increased consumption of fish, vegetables , fruit. Increased consumption of oats and barley. Increased consumption of soluble fibre. Have concentrated on eating low GI foods as much as possible
Have taken 3mg of Crestor statin and 10mg baby aspirin each day. I have never drank sodas or fruit juices and have done a lot of exercise in the form of long slow distance running.

What is your LDL number, your HDL number and your Triglycerides number. If 220 is your Total then that does not appear to be that high
