Hi all. The good news - my joints have never been as good as they are now, never ever! Joint wise it's like not having PsA. The not so good news - over the last few months I've had an outbreak of skin problems. Got fast-tracked to dermatology in case one lesion was skin cancer, but fortunately it

Any connection between B12 deficiency and Pityriasis Rosea?
Hi, I've had a rash for around 8 months now. At first I took it for ringworm, although I was mystified as to how I could have picked this up (no children, no pets) and my doc confirmed that's what it looked like. After a few months of treating it with anti-fungal creams it just kept spreading. I mentioned

Does anyone here used or consumed herbal supplements or tea like Turmeric?
During my days with cancer, I've read that turmeric is helpful for cancer patients going thru chemo and it promotes cancer cell death. Has anyone here tried that, or other type of herbal tea or supplements? and if so.. kindly share your experience.

Flying.....?
Hi just wondering if you can fly when you have aspergillosis ? It would certainly lift our moods if we could get away. We feel we have lost control of our lives since my husbands illness. We still await results of lung biopsy and husband saw gp this week who said he shouldn't worry about referral re

Supplements and Prednisolone
I asked my Dr about taking herbal supplements such as glucosamine / chondroitin, and menopace whilst taking Pred, he said he didn't really know if there were any interactions with supplements. Does anyone know where I can find out more information or should I just ask the pharmacist?

IF YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.. BEFORE PD, I WAS A CHEESE BURGER.
from my blog https://diaryofamadparkie.wordpress.com/ It has been said “You are what you eat” and it may be true. New research in mice suggests. upon aging, a high-fat diet significantly accelerated the onset of neurological symptoms in mice that were genetically predisposed to develop Parkinson’s
