Low AMH can be tackled

Hey everyone...

I jst want to share my experience to those who are struggling with low AMH...

Me in an early age of 24 hav a low AMH of 0.8 yes it s too low for my age...and wen i opted for ivf as my ovarian reserve was rapidly decreasing

My first ivf stims for egg pik up I got only 3 follicles growing and two embies which wer of a low quality....as I had only two with low quality my doc suggested a restimulation d nxt month which sadly ended with cancellation in mid of stims because my ovaries wer not responding at all😫.....then d nxt month with d low quality embies moved to transfer them ....nd for my surprise I got a bfp!!!....bt very light line....on 15 dpt

And wen my doc did the blood work d numbers of beta hcg wer pathetically low....it showed less than 2 weeks ...wer as I was above 5 weeks🙄

Then I had my first scan it showed a tiny lil empty sac.... I was happy though.....And then d sad bitter truth came out the following week as it was my second scan and there was only a empty sac... Nothing at all.... Wer as I must hav been seeing my baby's heart beat....we wer still.hoping for d best till d next week and b4 d scan I started bleeding.... doctors told me d reason it shud hav been because of the egg quality.... because my hubby's swimmers r great...my endometrium thickness was good d only thing was d egg quality....😩

I lost all my hope as my amh was 0.8 nd was rapidly decreasing and we wer also out of budget....

Then I came through a website or mayb u can say I browsed it some how...and got to know ders a study done on ladies who hav abnormally low amh.....a group of women wer under diet of cutting out dairy products, gluten, citrus fruits,p processed food, sugar and beef completely out of their diet for four months...and wola!!!!!

All of them got improved with their egg quality...not drastic bt a lil increase in amh...as u know egg quality matters a lot....

So ...I tried the same diet for four months ...I swear I dint touch any of these and was also taking supplements for like dhea vitamin e l arginine amino acid folic acid ders a tablet called ova care its good ......I completely cut down sugar ,wheat (in any form),and I also reduced weight and touched healthy bmi range

After four months I geared up again to start a fresh cycle of ivf.....it was almost a year after my first failed ivf....and we started my stims again crossing my fingers nd hoping for d bestest best......and on d day wen I got my egg retrieval report.....I was literally in tears.....12 eggs retrieved and 4 made it to the blastocyst of an excellent quality😁......next month is my transfer hoping for d best.....we r really excited....hope dis time it works....

So here is my story guys....hope dis helps...

Any doubt any questions...will b glad to reply....

Actually it's 2-yrs b4 I browsed it I myself seriously don't exactly remember....bt i do remember d reason y dis particular diet because some people are lactose intolerance and some are allergic to citrus.....all dis leads to inflammation in any of ur particular organ nd dat might b Ur reproductive organs...nd in dat may b ur ovaries which s inflammmed due to dis allergic things...and gradually ur own immune system attacks ur own ovaries....anyways dis all is gonna work if only ur allergic to dis stuff....iam allergic to wheat, diary, beef not citrus am ok with it...

And I don't have any severe allergic symptoms and dint even know I was allergic until I experimented myself..... d only way to find it out is ur (sorry.)poop...u can browse abt to know whether ur body is inflammmed or no....nd then u can experiment ur body with certain stuff like dairy and know urself whether u r facing inflammation or no....

Hope dat helps.....any more questions ..glad to reply

Wud like to add b4 dis I never knew my body is facing inflammation due to certain products...ull never really know.... because ull b fine having no problem....

I dint check the amh level though...but from only 4 follicles dat too of a low quality to 12 mature follicles must been a very drastic increase....the main thing ...the quality of eggs improved....hope dat helped...
