For those who are interested (see note below - from Dan Adams from the company Photopharmics ).

Hi xxx,

Here's a quick update on our progress toward a phase 3 clinical trial. We announced yesterday our collaboration with the University of Rochester Medical Center's Center for Health + Technology (CHeT) to conduct an "at home, telemedicine, phase 3 trial to establish safety and efficacy for [our] non-invasive specialized phototherapy device for Parkinson’s disease." This will open the trial to patients across the country, and participation should not increase the risk for COVID-19 infection.

You can review the full announcement here.

We are still expecting to start recruiting later this fall and will keep you updated with our progress. Please share this with others you think would be interested in what we're doing.

Best,

Dan

From the clinicaltrials listing:

Results of the phase 2 trial reported in Chapter 7 of this thesis:

Personally I am most interested in part three of UPDRS. Absolute improvement was quite large at 10 points but only 4 points better than placebo and did not reach stat sig. Nonetheless interesting. It seems possible to me that the placebo may have had some active effect.

I know what you mean. My intent was to share the news. I am sincerely hoping at least a few can give it a try and have the experience. (Hopefully it will help significantly).

I’ve also seen 40 hz light or sound is an Alzheimer’s therapy. Try looking at this for a while! An hour a day apparently to reverse symptoms. Worth a try if you can bear it!

Was it similar to this one?

Maybe they were worried they would get sued if someone had an epileptic fit watching it

It was similar, with different audio. It's just weird that it was the only video with the correct frequency of audio, and video; but it's the only one gets removed...
