I seem to have a slightly raised adjusted calcium of 2.56 mmol/L after a blood test which is up from my usual 2.4mmol/L. I only take 1000mg vitamin D and 100mcg of K2 my level of serum vitamin D has been around 130 mmol/L for a while. I’m one year into Zoladex after RT for Gleason 9 localised PCa with

Complementary Therapies - Your Experience?
My standard of care drugs are doing a great job of keeping my PSA down, but it would seem inconsiderate not to look into giving them a bit of help. I'm investigating these "adjunct" therapies with anecdotal or research evidence showing potential action against prostate cancer, and I'm just wondering

Another! GP appt. Tips for making the best of it please?
I posted on Monday about my experience of not having my low but still apparently "normal" vit B12 etc levels not taken seriously and ignoring the fact I have a lot of symptoms of pernicious anemia (I've also posted on the PAS forum, but there are far fewer people on there). https://healthunlocked.com

I have suffered with RLS most of my life although it has been worse over the past 5 years and I was prescribed Ropinerole that worked and then within 10 months did not do as intended and my RLS was worse again. I have been taken Gabapentin

Overactive again, but why? What to do?
I have an endo appt on Monday (25th Sep 2023). Before that, I'd appreciate your thoughts on what you all think may be happening and why. It might help me get the most out of the appointment. Apologies for the long post — I felt I needed to fill in some background.
