Slightly odd blood results

I seem to have a slightly raised adjusted calcium of 2.56 mmol/L after a blood test which is up from my usual 2.4mmol/L. I only take 1000mg vitamin D and 100mcg of K2 my level of serum vitamin D has been around 130 mmol/L for a while. I’m one year into Zoladex after RT for Gleason 9 localised PCa with ‘apparently’ no sorrad on a PSMA a year ago just pre treatment. Also with slightly lower Hb (125 d/L) I am concerned there is something amiss. Any experience advice what I should ask the medics ?
