Ankle swelling
has anyone experienced ankle swelling after a TT? I am also on Lexapro and recently started vitamin D supplements as it was low but I have some ankle swelling. Wondering if anyone else experienced after a TT?

Thank you and recent results
This community gave me so much support about a month ago, when I posted about untreated Hypothyroid in pregnancy. Unfortunately I miscarried a week later, and I won't have any way of knowing if my thyroid was really the cause. I've taken some time to recover, but wanted to come back here and say thank

Hi Guys I have been doing well recently and got in a position where I felt confident enough to move from every day B12 injections to every other day. I also take methylcobalamin and B complex drops but only three times a week. I was also taking daily supplements for iron, vitamin D and magnesium but

I had blood tests done with medichecks last week. They are as follows. I have been feeling reasonably well with almost no fatigue, just the odd day but getting less. I'm on 50mg of thyroxine. I did the test first thing and stuck by all the rules that are required for a proper result. I am gluten free

Do you log your ongoing symptoms and or flares with your GP?
Hi everyone A little about me for background.. I was diagnosed with APS 6 years ago and then Lupus SLE not too long after that. I take warfarin, hydroxychloroquine and vitamin D. My questions relates to very day symptoms and flares. Now that all the diagnosis is done and I have my routine appointments

Sun Energy
My body uses sun for many processes, some that are not known. In fact when I had more sun energy I was able to better adjust to my life long B12 deficiency until it was severe enough that I could not. It was not until November 2020 that I became so sun energy deficient that I could not function and

Hi I've just had a range of bloods done by my Gp as I'm feeling so tired and keep falling a sleep during the day. They all look OK apart from low end for calcium and my ggt liver one. Which could be because of antibiotics I'm permanently on for my cuti or my gallbladder which I'm waiting to be removed

Complementary Therapies - Your Experience?
My standard of care drugs are doing a great job of keeping my PSA down, but it would seem inconsiderate not to look into giving them a bit of help. I'm investigating these "adjunct" therapies with anecdotal or research evidence showing potential action against prostate cancer, and I'm just wondering

Another! GP appt. Tips for making the best of it please?
I posted on Monday about my experience of not having my low but still apparently "normal" vit B12 etc levels not taken seriously and ignoring the fact I have a lot of symptoms of pernicious anemia (I've also posted on the PAS forum, but there are far fewer people on there). https://healthunlocked.com
