Vitamin D with K2
I watched a video last year on this forum regarding Vitamin D needing K2 and it helped tremendously I followed the guidelines and aft 6 months my T started rising so I reviewed all my meds to see what would increase T. It was the VitaminD I cut it back to twice a week and the T went down the Vitamin

FT3 at bottom of range
Hi, so 6 weeks on 75mcg levo (50mcg Accord 25mcg Workhardt) and I have got some test results. I had no choice but to have two different brands and risk risk the migraine, as that was all they would give me. Weight still piling on, no energy, joints aching, insomnia and depressed! FT3 3.1 pmol/L

Comments On Blood Test Results Please
I don't post very often but I read a lot on here, and after having a Blue Horizon full thyroid blood test, I would be interested in the thoughts of anyone on what came out of it. I had radioactive iodine some years ago and am on levothyroxine (100mg). My results from the GP always come back as 'normal

Do My Vits B12 & D Need Increasing?
Hi, had my vitamin B12 and vitamin D blood test taken on Monday (via Medichecks). My results: vitamin B12 (active): 150 nmol/L (lab range 37.5 - 188) vitamin D: 179 nmol/L (50-250) Do I need to increase these? I don't know what the optimum levels should be. Thank you.

Recent results following increase in Levothyroxine dose.Anything of note?
HiFollowing advice on the forum I asked GP for screening for Vit D etc at my recent review of increased dose. I have generalised osteoarthritis and a family rich in autoimmune diseases. Please see my results. The only comment made by GP is that Vit D a bit low and to take over the counter supplement.
