Lansoprozole skin reactions
Hi I'm hoping someone may be able to help. I had omeprazole a number of years back and had a severe skin reaction on parts of my body exposed to daylight. It's now on my medical record in the allergy section of drugs that must not be administered. I've just been prescribed Lansoprozole by my asthma

INR control
Hi don't know if this is of any interest to anyone ,but my INR has always been impossible to stabilize My heamatologist suggested taking a small dose of vitamin K and increasing the warfarin dose I didn't do this as don't want to be taking any more supplements, So I decided to massively increase my intake

what next heart rate high again and I am now symptomatic
I had heart bypass 2013 and pacemaker 2015 due to af and low hr. Then 3 years ago I started taking digoxin to lower high heart rates and it seemed to work. I have just been to Spain on holiday and ended up hospitalised 2 days due to chest pain and breathless all tests revealed no heart attack, echocardiogram

IT’S (almost) FRIDAY SO IT MUST BE………POM POM TIME!
After what seems like endless rain and wind …and mud….I thought that this little fellow would brighten up the morning. He was a frequent visitor to our table in a nice cafe garden at our favourite holiday spot (I could tell you but ……) and obligingly he sat still long enough for me to nearly get him

consultant advise
hello everyone, I have today been referred back to gynae for investigation for pain which may be associated to adhesions around my ureter after previous surgery some years ago. Sadly my original consultant is now retired and I’m not up with who is best in the field now. Has anyone seen Mr Vasileious

Transplant delays
My wife sent the note below to the hospital care team in hopes that someone can provide resolution. With an identical twin sister with a 6 of 6 antigen match we expected the process and outcome to be straight forward. We are hoping that the review and scheduling can be expedited to meet a 5/1 surgery

use of Tramadol ...
I noticed some questions about Tramadol, so I decided to tell you my experience. I have used Tramadol on more than one occasion, and in hindsight, it has some serious side effects. At one point several years ago, I had a severely broken arm and was in extreme pain, and had just had surgery. While

My Kardia has arrived.
But when I have an ECG at the
surgery
my pulse rate is always very low even though my
heart
is racing away, so maybe that's what the Kardia is picking up.

Going into surgery with stage 4 clear cell cancer a week ago, I was advised they will take out all cancer they can see & will have a better understanding of spreading & the way forward.Woke up to better than that! Help please
I had endo surgery in 2016 after 10 years of pushing for a diagnosis. I was found to have extensive scaring at the front (across section scar) and endo going into my bowel. I've had urinary symptoms for years, although they've never looked into this. I was told I had DIE.After surgery I fell pregnant

advice please!
I was wondering if anyone have any advice/ experience they can share with me please. After years of suffering, I finally had an ultrasound in September on the NHS. When I got there, they told me my bladder was not adequately filled (my own fault!) but they said everything they could see looked normal
