hi all, had my Assessment this afternoon, all went well , the practitioner was very nice and knowledgeable, am now attending twice a week , for 6 weeks to get me closer to surgery.

Thats good news enjoy the PR programme , I did 12 weeks on mine then stayed on for a while . Every best wish for a good outcome.

And most important, make sure you continue the regular exercises after the course ends. That way you will get maximum benefit from it.

interesting Trevor6 can I ask what surgery please as my husband has pulmonary fibrosis and never been offered surgery. We were told about these drugs that could slow down the disease but side effects are more coughing & weight loss, he’s already fighting those two side effects we decided not to go down that road. He also has heart disease & dementia no good prolonging things if you haven’t got quailty of life. Thank you. Xrossstitch
