12 week scan result: vanishing twin syndrome (trigger warning - baby loss)
I’m unable to sleep so thought I’d come here and try to process a little of what’s happened for us over the last 12 hours. For context, I had 2 embryos transferred in October and both stuck, 2 heartbeats seen of equal size embryos at 6+1. Yesterday we had our 12 week scan (at 13+1) and unfortunately

Non diabetic hypoglycemia and hypothyroidism
As part of the Zoe Health Test I have a continuous blood glucose monitor for 2 weeks. I'm only on Day 3 of it but It's fascinating! I have had several episodes of below range blood glucose. Most significantly last night from 2am until I had my morning brew with sugar and it's come back into range now

Do lower glucose levels slow the prostate cancer growth? 70-85 level better than 90-100 level? Continuous Glucose Monitor usage?
Anyone w/ avg fasting blood glucose in the 85-100 range, use a continuous glucose monitor to learn how to lower their levels to 70-85? Do men with average fasting blood glucose levels below 80 live longer than guys above 90? These are not diabetes or pre-diabetic figures but is it possible or likely

The time of day could affect your blood glucose levels. Evening exercise might be best for exercise effects on insulin.
This study showed evening and afternoon were best for lowering blood glucose: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/health/people-mri-bmi-b2215622.html?amp

Blood Sugar Levels - Hashimotos
I am wondering whether I should monitor my blood sugar levels as it seems to play a big part in this damn disease. I had a scary thing happen earlier and I thought I was gonna pass out. I don't get up until lunchtime and can't eat for at least an hour after, shoving food down me when I am nauseous

Glucose Test - what to expect
Hi all! I have my 28 week midwife app tomorrow and have to take the 17 glucose tablets first etc. I’m just wondering what to expect after all those energy tabs? Am I going to be bouncing off the walls and then crashing in the afternoon? Xx
