Ultrasound-guided Perineural Vitamin B12 Injection for Peripheral Neuropathy
While googling yesterday I found this articlehttps://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0929644115000053 Has anyone else heard of this potential treatment for neuropathy? I'd be very interested in trying it on my toes.

Aplautamide, enzalutamide: low dose opinions
Hi Officially mcrpc. Can't get darolutamide so faced with choice of zytiga, xtandi or aplautamide in the coming weeks. Faced with the first two I would have opted for xtandi and hopefully worked towards taking two tablets. Maybe one but have seen a few progress at one and wonder if two would be an

Aging: Papers on diet, exercise, and caloric restriction effects on microbiome and epigenome
The following two articles were included in post by a member over at the HU CLLSupport site. (Thanks, Kwenda.) Both are review papers that look at the effects of diet and exercise on health outcomes. The second paper is much more technical in nature and is from researchers in Portugal. I'm including

Carvedilol and feet pain
Has anyone experienced nocturnal pain in the feet while taking Carvedilol? I’ve been taking it 2x day for 9 months and had only weight gain. Now the foot pain is disturbing my sleep and only Voltaren helps. Anyone have any similar side effects and what did you do to relieve the pain?

Caffeic acid phenethyl ester suppresses EGFR/FAK/Akt signaling, migration, and tumor growth of prostate cancer cells
" There have been 2 dozen CAPE papers these last 20 years. Ten of these specifically mention Akt inhibition. CAPE is found in propolis, which bees use to seal

Ivermectin on Pub Med
{From a related web site} In summary, our results indicate that ivermectin suppressed the AR and E2F signaling pathways and DNA damage repair capacity by targeting FOXA1 and Ku70/Ku80 to inhibit cell proliferation and promote cell apoptosis in prostate cancer. These findings provide insight into both

Looking for IVF buddy...started stims this week
Anyone else started the short antagonist IVF/ICSI cycle this week? Would love to have a friend on the same or similar journey. After long wait and several hurdles we're on the cycle. Strange feeling after doc said I could start (was half expecting them to say no). Started taking gonal-f and menopur

Ughh piles again
Why when I Google internal piles does it tell me they are painless?? The consequence of a flare up of IBS/D is usually some constipation and a struggle to go. This leaves me with piles and makes my bottom feel almost bruised, and like it's got something hot in there! In no way can they be considered

Cysteine depletion sensitizes prostate cancer cells to agents that enhance DNA damage and to immune checkpoint inhibition
New paper below [1]. I have always been interested in ways in which a treatment might be enhanced by supplements or dietary changes. (or repurposed drugs) In this case, "depletion of L-cysteine/cystine" was via "an engineered human enzyme, Cyst(e)inase". "PCa cells treated with Cyst(e)inase lead

Myo-inositol & anxiety
I stumbled on this article via the Thyroid Pharmacist Dr Isabel Wentz on the use of Myo-inositol for anxiety. I’m curious if anyone here has tried using it, & how was the outcome if so? What dosage and brand? Etc. Thanks in advance for your input! https://thyroidpharmacist.com/articles/myo-inositol-and-hashimotos

RLS study
just completed phase 1 of an RLS study of a wearable e-stim device for RLS. For me, redults were mixed. Worked well on Right leg which has much milder symptoms than the left. The left did not respond well to the continuous stim. When I’ve used TNS in the past, a modulated wave form was more effective
