Ughh piles again

Why when I Google internal piles does it tell me they are painless?? The consequence of a flare up of IBS/D is usually some constipation and a struggle to go. This leaves me with piles and makes my bottom feel almost bruised, and like it's got something hot in there! In no way can they be considered painless.

Rant over I'm still fed up.

If they say that then they have never had them. They definitely do hurt!
