Ivermectin on Pub Med

In summary, our results indicate that ivermectin suppressed the AR and E2F signaling pathways and DNA damage repair capacity by targeting FOXA1 and Ku70/Ku80 to inhibit cell proliferation and promote cell apoptosis in prostate cancer. These findings provide insight into both the effects and mechanisms of ivermectin as an anticancer agent. This raises the possibility of broadening the clinical evaluation of ivermectin for the treatment of prostate cancer.

Thank you for staying on top of this. It is fascinating reading.

My question is what is the human dose and how do we administer it?

I am a total amateur at this, but my notes indicate a 12 mg tablet 1/week as a prophylactic against covid, 1 or 2 per day if already sick. For PCa, no idea.

I posted on ivermectin awhile back and after extensive research especially on dosing came to the conclusion of .4mg/kg for about six days during loading period which for me at 100 kg/219 lbs is 40 mg/day for 6 days. Now I’m on 15/mg four days/wk and three days off/wk for the maintenance protocol. My psa has remained stable at 1.5 after being at 6 when I hadn’t gotten off adt… more info on my previous posts.. Good luck

It was totally political to get the vaccine pushed thru after 9 months of testing instead of the typical 10 years on emergency basis. If there is anything to show that it works on Covid then emergency protocol is null n void n that’s why they were trying to shut down ivermectin among a few others that possibly showed it was effective…
