Kidney Ultrasound
Hello all, God bless everyone on this sight. I just have a quick question. In late October 2019 during a routine CT I was told I had bilateral parapelvic kidney cysts. Witch could be pkd. Probably pkd2 due to the fact I was 54 years old . I’ve had several follow up scans here’s the most recent Ultrasound

Hate to get out of bed
I’ve been having a tough time lately. I’ve lost my best friend, I’m in a loveless verbally abusive relationship, one of my cats is dying and the man I think of as a dad is not in his right frame of mind. I really hate getting out of bed. It is my safe spot and I only get out of bed because my bf makes

*sensitive* 24 weeks pregnant, grieving my husband and not excited anymore.
This was such a much wanted and loved baby. My husband and I were excited but terrified to lose her. Turns out that I lost him which feels like I am dying in slow motion. I am still a high risk pregnancy so now my parents are moving in to take care of me since I physically cannot take care of myself,

My life is over
Having struggled with FM for many years, fighting pain and extremely dark thoughts, I have now Come to the conclusion that at aged 59 that my life is now over. I can no longer do the things I used to do, or do the things I want to do, so what’s the point. I have lost my job, my Drs have given up on me

New here and very anxious!
Hi, my name is Saba, I’m 39 and have been diagnosed with celiac disease just a week ago. I’m very hypochondriac person and get my check ups every 6 months. In February I’ve noticed that my ferritin level dropped a lot, I thought maybe it was cause by diet I was on to lose weight. Then in my July’s check

Hi I'm new here
Hi I'm afab but always knew I was different somehow, although it took me at least 20yrs to work out I was not cis and another 10 to come out as nonbinary, specifically bigender. I've started making some social transitions, switching to they/them pronouns as I feel they respect both sides of my gender

Finding approved.. it's happening!
Had a call this week to say that our NHS funding has been approved. I had a scan last week to check on a cyst that they found during my hycosy in May and it had gone. We were expecting to have to wait a bit longer but the consultant was happy to do the funding application as we are almost at 2 years.

Chemotherapy Cycle 1 week3 (Mental health issues)
Well week 3 is almost finished and tomorrow I start Cycle 2. This week I am going to touch on a subject that some of us shy away from and hope I don't upset anyone. Well week 3 started with a few nose bleeds and my psoriatic arthritis came back with vengeance. This is something I hope to discuss with

I am so angry tonight. I had a very frustrating telephone consultation with my GP today who was trying to tell me that the tiredness and muscle aches I am having at the moment is down to being depressed and I need counselling. I have had hypothyroidism for 15 years so think I know when I need a blood

What I have learned from 1 year with Early Onset PD - "Glass Half Full"
I decided to keep a journal of my journey - it has been quite a year but I have learned a lot. some of which maybe relevant for new and older PD people. I am not a doctor and this is not a medical opinion but there is lots available to make a stand against PD https://fightparkinsonsdisease.files.wordpress.com

Genetic test Renasight
Hello, I have a question. I’m 54 year old male about 2 years ago I had a routine scan test showed bilateral parapelvic cysts on both kidneys. It also showed 1 small croon each kidney. I have normal kidney function and have had 2 ultrasound since that shows normal size kidneys and no changes in cysts
