Thick nasal mucus in the mornings
For several months, i consume blackmores wholefood multivitamin, magnesium (my tremors become better but it isn't my interested topic), vitamin d3, omega 3,
garlic
, and drink green tea. I even stopped having added sugar, cheese and milk at all.

Been back to hematologist today, after 12 months!
I can start eating (in moderation) broccoli again & I can have blackcurrants and don't have to worry about using
garlic
in my foods, I should not indulge in the
garlic
clove whole but instead use it for flavoring the dish. I can (as you guys said) ride my bike!!! I can go back to the gym!!!

Vegan Parmesan
A handful of cashews, two tablespoons of nutritional yeast and a teaspoon of
garlic
salt. Whizz it up and there you have it. You can adjust to your own taste. I put it on pizza, soups, tomatoes, baked potatoes. It can keep in the fridge for a week or two but ours doesn't last that long.

Advice
So far I've settled on raw
garlic
(just as well I'm on my own !) - milk thistle and CBD oil ( would prefer the THC) but not readily available here in France.

So confused 😐
I did have some improvement and also on hol but just so confused & down in general as I've got back home & my tummy pains are as bad as ever 😬 I had a kinesiology test in my mid 20's that came up with candida so I was told to take acidophilus,
garlic
& zinc tablets along with following a anti candida

Low FODMAP ready meals?
I'd love to find a range of low-FODMAP friendly 'dingables'... no wheat, no onion/
garlic
, no peas... you know the drill. All the gluten free stuff is getting better and better (in terms of taste and variety) these days, but they all still contain onions - an absolute no-no for me.

Garlic
: When my mom used to make me eat
garlic
everyday, I hated it with a passion, but I never feel sick with colds and the flu.
Garlic
is a great immune system builder, relieves cramps and helps to expel cold and dampness from your body by increasing your inner body temperature.

Quite possibly my best run yet!!!!
A nice bit of flat but I was running into the wind and rain - past the farm stall with sweetcorn, sunflowers and homegrown
garlic
, past another little stall "run" by the kids of friends of mine - a couple of superb examples of marrows there!

Gut health
I roped my partner in to come with me and we made a mix of bits of cabbage, red onion, green pepper, cauliflower, leak, carrot and
garlic
and grated most of it (my partner thought grating red onion was a good idea so we also got to have a good cry) and mix this with a 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and squeezed

Blackbirds and Blueberries
Yesterday I'd cooked a home made lasagne, salad and reduced fat
garlic
bread for a friend which we hadn't seen for a some time and we were sitting at the table gazing out of the window when he squealed with delight, "just look at that blackbird".
