Not getting proper erection of penis

I am a moderate smoker, my age is 50 now, my penis does not maintain hardness since last 02 years , feeling depressed. 12.5 mg of viagra helps me a lot. I take 02 pieces of raw garlic with warm water regularly. Please do help me with a permanent solution. I am neither a diabetic nor hypertensive

Stop using garlic and apply some good tilla or cream made by hamdard or Himalaya Company and do message of your penis regularly and feel the difference. Take viagra 2 hours before intercourse, and very important thing is keep yourself happy and enjoy sex, all the best. Please share the results.

If no D or HBP what could be the cause according to you ?

Get dopplr study of penis.
