Vegan Parmesan

Hi I made Vegan Parmesan to use as a topping for homemade pizza. It's worth a try very tasty and easy. A handful of cashews, two tablespoons of nutritional yeast and a teaspoon of garlic salt. Whizz it up and there you have it. You can adjust to your own taste. I put it on pizza, soups, tomatoes, baked potatoes. It can keep in the fridge for a week or two but ours doesn't last that long.

You are good making it yourself. I saw the other day some parmesan by follow your heart. I have attempted to make cashew cream cheese but I am not that good, although make a good mac and cheese but I cheat with sainsburys vegan cheddar, but will attempt one day to make from scratch.
