Reduce rice soup.
Fry

ginger onion celery carrots, add vegetable stock and water, bring to boil for a while. Take of heat...and drain stock to a new pan or simply scoop out all the veg..or just leave it as it is. Add thinly sliced beef and cooked rice.

Mushroom and sprout pasta
These with enough water went into my juicer with chopped
garlic
to create a sauce. The sauce went in a pan with a pile of sprouts, mushrooms, some nutritional yeast, mustard etc. Finally i cooked some wholewheat pasta and bingo that was tonight's meal.

Drs say I'm crazy but after two years using essential oils for my skin eating raw
