Veggie Fried Rice

I had a little bit of steamed rice left over from last night’s dinner so I threw it in the frypan with some vegetables (white cabbage, red cabbage, brown onion, spring onion, carrot, peas, garlic), olive oil, eggs and soy sauce. My husband and I enjoyed it for lunch then we had a small bowl of Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries, blueberries ands almonds.

Stir-fry's are on the minds planned on doing one today myself. Yours looks yummy will remember the egg for protien tonight besides my shrimp. Now cauliflower rice or cabbage?

Thanks Kaz, that's it will make the cauliflower rice. Thanks for the inputalways nice to have some decided for you add a little zip of lemon and garlic oil.
