Hi everyone,
I made this vegetable flan inspired by Debs Tart.
I made a pastry case with brown flour and baked it blind. I filled it will vegetables I had that needed using up which I had previously dry fried in a wok.
The filling was cannellini beans, plant milk and nutrition yeast blended to make a sauce.
I served it with a wild garlic and fennel salad and cous cous with pine nuts and basil.
