Leftover roast beef..leftover rice.
Fry garlic ginger onion celery carrots, add vegetable stock and water, bring to boil for a while. Take of heat...and drain stock to a new pan or simply scoop out all the veg..or just leave it as it is.
Add thinly sliced beef and cooked rice.
In a separate pan boil water and soften the vegetables of your choice, drain of water and add veg to stock.
My choice of vegetables are mostly the same. Kale, spinach, water spinach, snow peas, pak Choi and lots of coriander.
We mostly make this dish with chicken or pork and beef.
