Mushroom and sprout pasta

Tonight I boiled some celery, 3 chopped carrots and a couple of parsnips. These with enough water went into my juicer with chopped garlic to create a sauce.

The sauce went in a pan with a pile of sprouts, mushrooms, some nutritional yeast, mustard etc.

Finally i cooked some wholewheat pasta and bingo that was tonight's meal.
